CUSTOMER WEB SERVICES PRODUCT AGREEMENT EXTENSION

Zebrando Web Services (hereinafter referred to as "Parent") AND you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") have entered into a Customer Master Agreement ("Agreement") effective from May 18, 2026 of which this "Web Services Product Agreement Extension" is a part.

WHEREAS, Parent provides Domain Forwarding, Mail Forwarding, Managed DNS; WHEREAS, the Customer wishes to activate through Parent, Domain Forwarding or Mail Forwarding or Managed DNS Services.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises, benefits and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Parent and the Customer, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

1. CUSTOMER ELECTION

Customer hereby elects to activate Domain Forwarding or Mail Forwarding or Managed DNS through Parent.

2. PARENT'S ACCEPTANCE

Parent hereby accepts Customer's election to activate Domain Forwarding or Mail Forwarding or Managed DNS through Parent.

3. DOMAIN FORWARDING

Domain Forwarding allows Customer to redirect visitors from one domain name to another URL. Zebrando Web Services provides this service subject to the following conditions:

• Domain Forwarding is available only for domains managed through Zebrando Web Services.
• Zebrando Web Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Domain Forwarding services at any time.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring that the forwarding destination URL is valid, operational, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Zebrando Web Services is not responsible for any content displayed at the forwarding destination.

4. MAIL FORWARDING

Mail Forwarding allows Customer to redirect emails received at one email address to another email address. Zebrando Web Services provides this service subject to the following conditions:

• Mail Forwarding is subject to the No-Spam Policy as outlined in the Customer Master Agreement.
• Customer must not use Mail Forwarding to send or forward unsolicited commercial email or spam.
• Zebrando Web Services reserves the right to suspend Mail Forwarding for any account found to be forwarding spam or malicious content.
• Zebrando Web Services is not responsible for any emails that fail to be forwarded due to technical issues at the destination mail server.

5. MANAGED DNS

Managed DNS allows Customer to manage DNS records for their domain names through Zebrando Web Services. This service is subject to the following conditions:

• Customer is responsible for ensuring that all DNS records entered are accurate and do not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Zebrando Web Services targets high availability for DNS resolution but does not guarantee 100% uptime for DNS services.
• DNS propagation times are outside the control of Zebrando Web Services and may take up to 48 hours after any changes are made.
• Zebrando Web Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Managed DNS services at any time with reasonable notice.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

Customer shall not use any of the web services covered by this Agreement for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon the rights of any third party, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Zebrando Web Services infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zebrando Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use any of the web services covered by this Agreement. Zebrando Web Services' total liability in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three-month period preceding the event.

8. MODIFICATIONS

Zebrando Web Services reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Modifications will be posted on the Parent Website and will become effective 30 days after posting, unless the Customer terminates this Agreement within that period.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.
