Active hands-on work counts as a support hour — this includes troubleshooting, configuration changes, migrations, security remediation, and any task that requires an admin to log into your server. Automated monitoring runs in the background 24/7 and does not consume your included hours. Routine scheduled tasks such as patch applications within the agreed cycle are also included at no extra charge.

No — included hours reset each month. We recommend using them proactively for scheduled security audits, performance reviews, or configuration improvements even when there are no active incidents. If you anticipate a high-demand month — for example, a server migration or a major deployment — contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Response times depend on your plan: 24 hours for Basic, 4 hours for Pro, and 1 hour for Enterprise. SLA refers to the time within which a qualified admin begins active work on your issue — not the time to full resolution, which depends on issue complexity. Critical security incidents such as active intrusions are escalated immediately regardless of plan tier. Monitoring alerts are handled 24/7 by automated systems and do not wait for your SLA window.

No — backup storage is not included and is billed separately by your infrastructure provider. We configure and automate your backup jobs to any S3-compatible storage destination — Hetzner Storage Box, Contabo Object Storage, DigitalOcean Spaces, AWS S3, or your provider's built-in backup service. Storage costs vary by provider and data volume; most clients spend approximately ₹500–₹2,000/month on backup storage. We will help you choose the most cost-effective option during onboarding.

Yes — you need an existing VPS or dedicated server. The server is yours: you rent or own it from any provider such as Contabo, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, or ResellerClub. Zebrando manages it on your behalf under your chosen plan. We do not supply server hardware. If you need a VPS or dedicated server, you can order one separately from our hosting plans and then subscribe to a Server Management plan to have it fully managed.

Our team handles the technical process of identifying the blacklist, diagnosing the root cause, patching the vulnerability, and submitting the delisting request on your behalf. However, certain blacklist operators — such as Spamhaus or Barracuda — charge a fee for expedited or manual delisting. These fees are billed directly by the blacklist provider and are not included in your Zebrando plan. We will always inform you before proceeding if a paid delisting is required so you can approve the cost first.

Yes — we support LAMP, LEMP, LiteSpeed, Node.js, and custom application stacks. Share your stack details during onboarding and our admins will tailor the configuration, hardening, and monitoring to match your environment. We also support popular control panels including cPanel/WHM, Plesk, CyberPanel, and DirectAdmin.

Yes — full server migrations are within scope. We handle data transfer, DNS cutover, post-migration testing, and verification. We follow industry-standard migration practices to minimise data loss risk. Migration outcomes depend on the integrity of data on the source server prior to migration. Migration work is counted against your included support hours. If the migration is likely to exceed your monthly allocation, we will inform you in advance so you can approve additional hours at your plan's hourly rate before work begins.
